SEI 2021 pilot

The first seindex.org, built in 2021, presented the pilot of the Social Entrepreneurship Index: notes on ten South-East European countries and an account of the five dimensions and their indicators. Its pages are kept here as they were published.

These pages record the index as it stood in 2021. Their text, charts and figures have not been updated or checked against current sources, and the 2021 indicator set differs from the one used in SEI 2026. For current scores, see the country profiles.

The text, figures and links are as published, spelling and errors included; only the layout has changed, and images are served from local copies. Two unpublished-content pages were left out: an About page and a page-builder template, which held placeholder text only.
